Okay, so maybe it was one too many Strawberry Daiquiris on the beach at sunset… or maybe just way too many
Cheeseburgers in Paradise. No excuses, Professor beach got FAT! 225 lbs FAT. After years of exploring and enjoying beaches around the world it just wasn't fun anymore. No more fun because when I got to the beach I was ashamed to take off my shirt. Ever feel that way?
My last beach exploring trip to Florida really did it. I just sat in a beach chair under an umbrella. Didn't even want to swim or walk on the beach because I was just too uncomfortable in my skin. Just too much of me “in my skin”. Fast forward two months and I'm down to 205 lbs and on my way to a fit and healthy lifestyle. Join me on my pursuit of health and once again walking the beach with my shirt off. Watch my progress and see how I did it here.
Hoping to get out to Montauk this summer. My Anguilla Buddy, Bankie Banx will be entertaining at The Surf Lodge in August. One of my buddies, Mark Evans DM, hangs out at The Surf Lodge whenever he visits Montauk.
Montauk is on on the east end of Long Island. It’s a sleepy fishing village with a beautiful coastline. Montauk is a major tourist destination and has six state parks. It’s about 125 miles from New York City heading east. The people of Montauk, from business people, deep-sea fishermen, surfers, artists, actors, and others, all share a deep love for the area.
THE SURF LODGE, is located on Fort Pond in Montauk. It’s a 1/2 mile from the beach and sits on a breathtaking pond where the sunsets are gorgeous. It’s a really cool place. Easy to check it out online – just click here!
Its the hip list of whats happening in and around the Tri-State Area. It is your all access pass to Broadway shows, New Yorks hottest nightlife, behind the scenes of the fashion industry, featuring all the best that New York has to offer. Toni On! will showcase trends from music to fashion, high-tech must haves to family friendly entertainment ideas. Toni Time also features celebrity interviews with stars that call New York home.
I just came across this fun blog site with lots of videos.
